lilifrancuzLiliane (Lili) Francuz is currently the Art Curator at the Wyoming State Museum in the Department of Parks and Cultural Resources.  In this capacity she curates several art exhibits during the year, coordinates the Annual Governor’s Capitol Art Exhibition, the Governor’s Residence Sculpture program and the Governor’s Portrait Project.

She served on the National Endowment for the Arts Visual Arts panel in Washington, D.C. and has been on artist fellowship and organization jury panels for 9 state arts councils.  She has also served on selection panels for the Denver Cherry Creek Arts Festival, the Utah American Association of University Women exhibit, the Colorado State Fair fine arts division and regional college and art organization juries.

She is currently curating an exhibit, Bucking Tradition & Culture: A Woman’s Place, for the Jackson Hole Center for Global Affairs and has taught business of art classes for the art department at the University of Wyoming.      
           
She was recently appointed to the Art in Public Places Board for the City of Fort Collins.

An exhibiting artist, her mixed media work toured in Norway, Finland and Estonia and is currently in a traveling book exhibit, The Story Within: A Dialogue Among Artists. She holds a B.F.A. and an M.F.A. in printmaking from Utah State University
